1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AARVISKYE website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate colours and details, but variations may occur due to screen settings. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. For corporate/bulk orders, we also accept bank transfers.

4. Customization

Personalized and customized products are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective. Please double-check all customization details (names, dates, messages) before confirming. AARVISKYE is not responsible for errors in customer-provided customization information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. Express delivery is available in select cities. Delivery timelines for customized and bulk orders may vary. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Non-customized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Customized items and perishable gourmet food products are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Corporate Orders

Corporate bulk orders are governed by separate quotation terms agreed upon between AARVISKYE and the corporate client. Advance payment or milestone-based payments apply for corporate orders.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of AARVISKYE and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
