Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not entered the production or shipping stage. To cancel, go to your account dashboard and select "Cancel Order".

Cancellation of Customized Orders

Personalized and customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If your customized order has not yet entered production, cancellation may be possible — please contact us immediately at contact@aarviskye.com.

Corporate/Bulk Order Cancellations

Corporate orders are governed by the terms agreed upon in the quotation. Cancellation of confirmed corporate orders may attract a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order value depending on the production stage.

Refund on Cancellation

For successful cancellations, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2-3 days to reflect the refund.
